    What a complete drag on Saturday! Can you actually get a ticket for NOISE on the subway platform?!? I guess you proved the answer to be yes…but there’s no WAY you should be paying any kind of fine. Having them disrupt and bum out your day should be price enough. I tried to sign up for twitter so I can get info on your locations…but I don’t receive that kind of info on my phone…hopefully the info will instead go to my inbox? I really want to catch you sometime! PEACE and MUSIC!

      Angela you’re superb – yeah – kinda sorta traumatic for a good 48, but I think it’s gonna turn out to be a gift :)

      I believe you can set the settings on Twitter so you can control where the updates are sent & if you get notified or not via web or email…I believe :)

      Yeah – you just have to stop on by.

    Whew, I made it to the wall as a technically challenged person. You have done wonderful things all your life, but this is beyond all else. All your hard work and organization, brilliant observations, sensitivity to each person and the community around you, musical brilliance, creativity and abilities,dramatic presentation,sheer genius and you did it all!!!!!!     Hey Heidi, I finally figured out how to leave a comment. It’s not easy to spot but you have to scroll down all the way to the bottom. For a person who is not computer savvy, they may not have the patients to search for a comment box. So let your web designer know this fact. But other than that it looks good, just needs to be a bit more user friendly.

    I love the Subway Diaries….I can smell the subway reading your great work…I’ve played buckets underground! My friends and co percussionists went on to Cali to start a group. I visited them in Jan for a session at Pulse studio in LA. I used to breakdance underground too! we put on shows everywhere we weren’t allowed!

    the website= awesome
    I love the pics on the gallery with your musical contemporaries, it is a life or camaraderie that is true and full of soul, friendship and authenticity.

    You have found a deliciously warm cast of souls who love their talents and make good use of them as you are do and are doing.

    I can’t wait to read your book: the truth that has set you free to love and learn to be free.

    It will be a healing experience, just like Johnathan Livingston Seagull, you will pull up those who are making their way through the fog onto higher courses of flight.

    I remember I was leaving work a few years ago and ready to get on the “A” train and take my ass home when I heard you singing and strumming your guitar on 42nd Street station. I don’t remember what you were singing but it got my attention and I let the train go on its way. I gave you my card and did a quick chit-chat with you and from then on we’ve been hanging tight. I already know the book is a hit because you put your heart in it. It will be a success because your soul is poured out on each page. And the reality-world and cyber-world will appreciate it because you did it with LOVE!

    Great to see the website up and running, the book finally appearing and the album on it’s way. It’s been a long journey, but I’m glad you’ve had the strength to see it through.

      You’ll not even recognize The Diaries once you pick them up again – not in the least – 2 to 300 hours of re-writes later, it’s a whole new journey…and I do believe far superior.

      Oh – your Visa nonsense just must get resolved so you and Julie can join me here when we hold the book/album release event…sending good thoughts to; that end…
